The AEC Culture Fest Cookbook is available for purchase!  Cost is $10 per book and proceeds benefit AEC.

For an additional fee of $3, you may order a cookbook online and we will ship it to you. 
PLEASE NOTE: Purchases made between Dec. 16 and January 2, will not be mailed until January 3, 2011.

About the Cookbook:
The AEC Culture Fest Cookbook was created as a keepsake collection of recipes submitted by community members representing a variety of ethnic backgrounds. The book was published in September 2010, and is 128 pages.  In addition to recipes for appetizers, main dishes, side dishes, drinks, desserts and breads, the book includes helpful resources such as hints for baking breads and desserts, temperature charts, cooking time tables and conversion tables.

The recipes cover a broad range of cultures. Whether they are family recipes submitted by 4th generation Chattanoogans or by recent immigrants, recipes acquired from friends or while traveling, or recipes sought out in books or on the Internet by cooks interested in a particular food culture, they represent only a small sample of the variety of foods being cooked and enjoyed in Chattanooga today.
