Since moving to the First Tennessee Pavilion in 2009, AEC has added cooking demonstrations to the line-up of activities, using the Chattanooga Market's Five Star ranges and kitchen equipment. If you enjoy preparing foods from a particular ethnic cuisine and don't mind being in front of an audience, please let us know! No professional experience required. AEC provides a headset microphone and all cooking equipment. You must bring enough food to provide 30 samples to the audience after the demo. AEC provides plates and utensils if applicable.
