CLYDE EDGERTON is author of the novels The Floatplane Notebooks, Killer Diller, In Memory of Junior, Redeye, A Western and, most recently, Where Trouble Sleeps. Awards are Fellowships from the Guggenheim Foundation and the Lyndhurst Foundation. He won the North Carolina Award for Literature in 1997.
