| ROMULUS LINNEY has received numerous awards, including an honorary Doctor of Literature from Oberlin College, two American Academy of Arts and Letters Awards in Literature and Drama, and two Obie Awards, the latest for Sustained Excellence in Playwriting. He is the author of the plays Sand Mountain, Tennessee and Holy Ghosts. He has adapted several of his novels as plays including Heathen Valley, Slowly By Thy Hand Unfurled, and Jesus Tales. |
